Nigerian Nightmare becomes the first African-born UFC champion

Kamaru Usman, also known as the Nigerian Nightmare, has defeated Tyron Woodley and claimed the UFC Welterweight title. He is the first African-born UFC champion in history.

In addition, Usman's total strike differential of +276 (336 vs. 60) is the largest in UFC title fight history.

It was an incredible performance from Kamaru Usman, becoming the first fighter from Africa to claim UFC gold, with 10 straight UFC wins and 14 straight overall.
