Oyo State Governor-elect, Engr. Seyi Makinde on Thursday visited the Nigerian former president Olusefun Obasanjo, in a visit he described to appreciate the support of the elder statesman in the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Oyo State.
Earlier, the governor-elect visited the outgoing Governor Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi at the state house, Agodi, Ibadan before he visited the former president who declared support for the presidential candidate of People's Democratic Party PDP, Alh. Atiku Abubakar.
Though there was no public declaration of support made for the Oyo State Governor -elect by the former president, but the visit proves that 'Ebora Owu' contributed to the emergency of Engr. Seyi Makinde as the winner of the state's guber election.
