Governor Umar Ganduje has on Wednesday donated N6Million to Zainab Aliyu and Ibrahim Abubakar who were recently freed from Saudi Arabia after falsely arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking.
The decision of the Kano State government was made known on Wednesday by His Excellency Governor Ganduje when the Federal Government through SSA to the President on Foreign Relations & Diaspora Abike Dabiri Erewa formerly handed them over to the State Governor .
Zaina Aliyu and Ibrahim Abubakar will receive N3Million each according to the report.
Meanwhile, Hon. Abike Erewa said President Muhammadu Buhari has continuously assured that all will be done to get Leah Sharibu released from the terrorists. Saying, "We are all praying for her and waiting anxiously to hear the good news".
