Liverpool reached an agreement with Red Bull Salzburg for the transfer of Takumi Minamino.

Liverpool FC on Thursday completed £7.25million transfer of Takumi Minamino from Red Bull Salzburg.

The Japan international has signed a four-and-a-half year deal and will officially move to Anfield on January

He officially joins the club on January 1 and will take the No.18 jersey.

Klopp, the club manager on the new signing says, “He is a very quick, very clever player, he finds space between the lines. He is brave with the ball but also brave without the ball – a proper team player. He makes the best of himself for the benefit of others."
