US Senate Blames Saudi's Crown Prince for the Murder of Journalist Jamal Khashoggi

US Senate passes a resolution saying Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is responsible for murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a direct rebuke to the crown prince.

The Senate also recommend that the US stop supporting Saudi-led war in Yemen, directly challenging Saudi Arabia and President Trump.

New York’s Senator Chuck Schumer, in a tweet says every single Senator across both parties joined together to condemn the murder of journalist and U.S. resident Jamal Khashoggi and hold Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman responsible.

"56 Senators just voted to end U.S. support for the Saudi war in Yemen. We're standing up to hold Saudi Arabia accountable for its role in the devastation and humanitarian disaster", he added.
