Shekarau Returns to PDP

PDP Party Chieftains Welcome Ibrahim Shekarau back to the party

Former Governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shekarau has been welcome back to the People's Democratic Party PDP barely a week he left the New Nigeria Political Party NNPP.

Shekarau who left NNPP last week, alleging injustice as the reason for his exit, was on Monday welcome back to PDP by the Presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar.

Atiku Abubakar in a statement said, "The PDP family grew bigger today with the return of H.E Ibrahim Shekarau to our party. He surely will bring his wealth of experience and join hands with other party stakeholders to oust the APC and enthrone a new era of prosperity and good governance for Nigerians".
